Spa Water
Slice oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit, cucumbers or fruit of choice and add to pitcher of chilled mineral water. Be creative! Garnish with fresh mint.
Elixir Tonics
Elixir Tonics are fruit and herb beverages based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (notion of wellness and preventative care). Each one is formulated to nourish organs and return the body to a state of balance. Use just a shot over ice and add sparkling or still mineral water. Stir and enjoy. Thai Heart Tonic
Vitamin C, beta carotene and potassium make this Thai-inspired tonic help with circulation and heart health.
1 peeled orange
1 medium red bell pepper
handful of alfalfa sprouts
6 sprigs of fresh cilantro
Process in juice extractor, stir and serve immediately.

Mocktails
Canyon Ranch "Almosjito"
1/2 fresh lime
1/2 fresh orange
4 sprigs fresh mint
1/4 cup white grape juice
1/4 cup sparkling water
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/3 cup crushed ice
Squeeze lime and orange into cocktail shaker. Add mint, white grape juice, water, maple syrup and ice. Shake and strain into glass.
