Cold-Buster Bath

A cold and stormy day body soak.

This bath and mom's chicken soup are all you need to cure for those muscular aches and pains, this bath will ease your cold symptoms from the warmth and comfort of your own bath.

Here's what you do:

Mix ingredients together with water and pour into bath under warm running water.

You'll need:

  • 1/2 cup distilled water
  • 5 to 7 drops eucalyptus essential oil
  • 3 to 5 drops tangerine essential oil

  • Try out your concoctions on an inconspicuous place like your forearm before you go slathering it all your body and have fun!
