Pilates Corps is among the few Pilates studios in the Valley to exclusively teach the authentic, true method of Pilates. The studio offers private, semi-private and small group mat, tower and cardio programs. All instructors are highly trained, certified and continually educated by Romana Kryzanowska of Romana's Pilates. The airy, modern studio is fully equipped with an extensive variety of Gratz brand Pilates equipment perfect for a wide range of skill and experience levels. In addition to Pilates instruction, Pilates Corps also provides custom meal planning with a nutritionist and offers a free Pilates mat class for beginners on the last Saturday of every month.
