Named for the seven chakras that influence our health and well being, 7 Centers Yoga Arts was founded on the philosophy that yoga teaches us how to find balance and harmony in an often chaotic world. They offer yoga classes, retreats and training that emphasize different aspects of the science and art of yoga. Yoga classes include Hatha, Kundalini, Chakra, Five Elements and pre/postnatal yoga. The retreats are two to three-day transformational intensives that start in the vortexes of Sedona and offer a full day of dynamic meditations, yoga and delicious organic meals. The comprehensive Yoga Teacher Certificate Training focuses on a holistic approach to yoga instruction.

During evenings and weekends, you'll find classes and workshops in dance, bodywork, healing systems such as Ayurveda and sound therapy, solar nutrition and astrology. They also host music concerts and evenings of Tibetan and Indian chanting to celebrate the full moon each month.
