At One Yoga boasts one of the most comprehensive schedules of Hatha yoga classes throughout the Valley. Ranging from Gentle and Basics for beginners to Power and Ashtanga for advanced students, there’s a class to fit everyone’s style and needs. Each of their three studios incorporate quality instruction in a community-centric, hip atmosphere.

The teachers at each location have a good eye for form and provide motivating, thought-provoking instruction. They don’t always take themselves seriously either; they share personal stories, tell jokes and play traditional yoga music, Bob Marley or even Elvis—whatever feels good that day. And even when the class is jam-packed and you haven’t been in for a month, the teachers will still call you by name (they won’t let you hide in the back and fake it).

At One Yoga also encourages a strong sense of community. By hosting a calendar full of retreats, student appreciation parties and other random shin-digs, they successfully cultivate a community within the studio. Although a lot of regulars hang, newbies should not be intimidated because everyone is friendly and welcoming.
