Surrounded by the brilliant views of red rock country, the Sedona Racquet & Fitness Club along with the Oasis Health Spa offers something for every member of the family. Home to eight lighted tennis courts, the club features an extensive tennis program with clinics and tournaments throughout the year for all age groups. The fitness center offers a range of cardiovascular and machine weight equipment, free weights, and a full schedule of multilevel classes including yoga, Pilates, aerobic and dance. Also available at the fitness center is the VacuStep—a body and skin system said to help burn fat and reduce cellulite. Just outside of the fitness area is Sedona''s only covered year-round pool, which is available for recreational swimming, water aerobics and aquatic therapy.

Housed in a separate building on the property, the Oasis Health Spa is modestly decorated with a welcoming and homey atmosphere. With three massage therapy rooms, one facial room, manicure and pedicure stations and a full-service hair salon, you won''t need to go far to get pampered after a workout. Body therapies include a Sedona mud body masque as well as other full-body exfoliating, hydrating and massage treatments. Skincare services feature men''s and women''s custom facials, a unique Thai honey mini facial and a healing oxygen treatment. The friendly folks at the Class Acts Salon offer hair care for the whole family including color services, conditioning treatments and up-do''s for special occasions. With the purchase of a spa treatment, non-club members are given a day''s use of the fitness facilities.

Having been around some 30 years, the Sedona Racquet Club & Spa has undergone new management who are working to upgrade club offerings and programs.
